Nisar Threads currently ships orders within Pakistan.

Processing time

Orders are normally prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment or order confirmation. Orders may take longer during sales, public holidays, seasonal periods, or periods of unusually high demand.

Delivery time

After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days within Pakistan. Delivery to remote areas may take additional time. These are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Shipping charges and available delivery options are shown at checkout before you complete your order.

Delivery address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, active phone number, and any required delivery instructions. Nisar Threads is not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

If a parcel is returned because the customer was unavailable, refused delivery, or provided incorrect information, additional delivery charges may apply before the order is resent.

Damaged parcels or missing items

Please check your parcel when it arrives. If the parcel appears damaged, opened, incomplete, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs or video.
