At Nisar Threads, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase of unstitched men’s fabrics and suit materials.

Eligibility for returns and exchanges

You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

• Unused, unwashed, uncut, and unaltered
• In its original condition and packaging
• Accompanied by the order details or proof of purchase
• Returned with the premium box, if the premium-box option was selected

Fabric that has been cut, stitched, washed, altered, damaged, stained, or used cannot be returned or exchanged.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs or video of the issue. After inspection, we may offer a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Please inspect your parcel before cutting or using the fabric. Once fabric has been cut or altered, it is not eligible for return.

Return process

To request a return or exchange, contact us using the details below. Do not send an item back without receiving return instructions from us.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns or exchanges. Nisar Threads will cover return-related shipping when the item is confirmed to be damaged, defective, or incorrectly sent.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible. Processing times may vary by bank or payment provider.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Nisar Threads or a confirmed defective or damaged item.

Product colors and fabric appearance

Colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen, lighting, and device settings. Minor differences in texture or appearance do not qualify as a defect when the product matches its description and selected variant.
